What payment methods can I use?

Noize accepts the following methods of payment for purchases: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Our checkout is handled securely by Shopify.

Can I cancel an order?

If you’ve made a mistake during your shopping experience, it’s possible that we can cancel the order before it ships. Once the item ships, however, we will no longer be able to make any changes to the payment or order status. Please contact us ASAP at info@noizeoriginal.com.

How will I be charged taxes for items?

Taxes are always calculated based on the shipping destination. For example, if you ship an item to Ontario, you will be charged the appropriate taxes for that province.

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders in Canada. This is for a standard delivery service. If other shipment methods are available (express), you will find them listed during the checkout process.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification via email with the tracking number. You can click on the link in the email to check on the status. Note: it may take up to 24 hours for the status to be updated via the shipping carrier. Depending on your location, shipment can between 2-7 business days to arrive. Orders ship from Montreal, Quebec.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns to the original method of payment within the first 15 days after receiving your order, based on the tracking number provided. Item(s) must be in unworn condition to be eligible for return. A $17.50 CAD restocking fee will be subtracted from your return total.
